New Inventory Source Pricing Plans in Effect May 3
On May 3rd, 2021, at 9 AM ET, our pricing plans are changing to reflect the value of the Inventory Source platform more accurately.
Over the last year, our team has been hard at work refining the Inventory Source platform’s performance. We’ve also expanded and improved our Supplier Directory to include wholesale distributors in addition to dropshipping suppliers.
Keep reading as we walk through the plan changes: what’s happening, what’s in it for you, when it’s taking effect, and whether your account will be affected.
What’s Happening?
Whether you’re just getting started or you’re an experienced reseller, we’ve made it easy to find a plan that is right for you. Our new pricing tiers allow you to choose a plan based on what stage you are in your business.
As always, our Supplier Directory will remain free to use.
If you want to lock in current pricing, purchase a plan prior to Monday, May 3rd, at 9 AM ET.
Inventory Automation
Inventory Automation plans allow you to integrate with suppliers and major e-commerce platforms and marketplaces. These plans will manage product data, images, categories, price, quantity, status (PQS), and variants as well as provide useful tools for managing inventory.
- Inventory Automation Basic will continue to start at $99 per month.
- The fee for additional Inventory Automation Basic integrations will increase to $75 per integration per month.
- The Inventory Automation Plus plan will start at $149 per month. Additional Inventory Automation Plus integrations will remain at $50 per integration per month.
- The SKU limits and number of daily syncs will remain the same for both plans.
Full Automation
Full Automation includes all of the features of Inventory Automation but adds the ability to automatically route orders to your dropship suppliers and sync shipment tracking information back to your sales channel.
This functionality is a must-have for anyone that is finding manually processing orders tedious as their store grows.
Upgrading to a Plus plan also gives you access to optimized sync, which will update your store’s feed as often as your supplier(s) updates theirs. Optimized sync lessens the risk of selling out-of-stock products and gives you peace of mind knowing that your product data is as accurate as can be.
- Full Automation Basic plans will now start at $199 per month.
- The fee for additional Full Automation Basic integrations will increase to $75 per integration per month.
- Full Automation Basic will be capped at 100 orders monthly with a fee for additional orders.
- Full Automation Plus plans will now start at $249 per month.
- Full Automation Plus will be capped at 500 orders monthly with a fee for additional orders.
- The SKU limits and number of daily syncs will remain the same for both plans.
Power Seller [NEW]
If you’re interested in buying integrations in bulk, upgrade to the new Power Seller plan (available in both Inventory and Full Automation, depending on which service model speaks to your needs).
- With the Power Seller plan, you’re essentially buying five integrations and getting the sixth one for free.
- The Power Seller plans also have a 500k SKU limit, 250k higher than the Plus plans.

When Are the New Pricing Plans Taking Effect?
Inventory Source’s new pricing structure will become available for subscription on May 3rd, 2021 at 9 AM ET.
What Happens to My Existing Account?
Nothing! Unless you choose a new plan, your account will remain at the current pricing structure. Your plan’s integration, order, SKU, and sync limits will not change.
If you choose to do nothing when the new plans go live, we will grandfather you into your existing plan.
If you want to add an integration (now or in the future), you can do so at the price associated with your current plan.
The only reason your plan would change is if you choose to cancel and resubscribe at a later date or you wish to upgrade or downgrade to a new plan.
