Sales Development Representative (Closed)

We are seeking a Sales Development Representative (Inbound) to become an integral part of our team! Inventory Source currently has 200+ leads signing up on our website per day, and we are seeking sales team members to help educate and qualify these inbound leads.

Your Mission

  • Establishing rapport and gaining an understanding of prospects business objectives
  • Qualifying prospects needs and how they align with our product
  • Effectively explaining our solution and how it fits their business needs
  • Efficiently scheduling demos between prospects & Account Executives

Account Executive (Closed)

Inventory Source has an established marketing funnel supplying our sales team 200+ inbound leads per day. We are seeking an energetic and experienced Account Executive to help qualify and close these inbound leads. The ideal candidate enjoys learning about our customers’ businesses, identifying pain points, building a solution, and closing a deal.

Your Mission

  • Drive revenue by meeting and exceeding your sales quota goals.
  • Solution Based Selling: Identify pain points, determine needs/budget, and present a solution.
  • Responsive, friendly, and professional communication, demos, and appointment setting.
  • Collaborate with Sales Manager to improve sales processes and materials.

Customer Success Manager (Closed)

Inventory Source has an active customer base of online retailers and suppliers that need assistance learning, configuring and leveraging our tools to run their online ecommerce businesses. Our Customer Success Managers are a vital part of our business, helping our customers maximize their potential with Inventory Source. We are seeking tech savvy Customer Success Managers with exceptional, outgoing personalities, to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has a passion for assisting customers in learning how to use software/tools to improve their online businesses.

 

Your Mission

  • Lead customers through a multi-week, high-engagement onboarding process.  Provide extensive training, configure our software, coordinate with customers’ third-party vendors and clients, and manage custom development projects.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with your assigned portfolio of 50+ customers. Provide ongoing support and manage contract renewals.
  • Introduce clients to new features/functionality and promote their growth into more advanced service offerings.
  • Coordinate with internal development and customer support teams as your clients’ advocate

Requirements

Customer Success

  • Passion for working closely with clients
  • Experience managing long term relationships with clients, including feature/functionality rollout, issue management, upsell opportunities, ongoing training, collections and saves
  • Ability to manage a client portfolio of 50+ accounts

Technical aptitude

  • Ability to master a complex software tool
  • Moderate familiarity with Google Apps (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides), HubSpot, Jira, Slack, Zoom
  • Understand high level software development processes and concepts

Communications skills

  • Ability to convert technical concepts into layman conversations with clients, and convert client needs into technical solution discussions with development teams

Our Customer Support Representatives are a vital part of our business, providing frontline issue resolution, guidance and training to our clients. We are seeking tech savvy Customer Support Representatives with exceptional, outgoing personalities to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has a passion for assisting customers in the use of software to improve their online businesses.

 

Your Mission

  • Provide our customers support for issues and questions related to our software via scheduled phone calls and emails
  • Provide basic training, configure our software and coordinate with third-party vendors and clients for new customers
  • Engage in in-depth troubleshooting for more complex support issues, including escalating support tickets to our developers
  • Develop proficiency in the use of our software and how to upsell customers based on their unique business needs
  • Work with other team members to efficiently problem solve and collaborate on various software questions and tickets

Software Developer (Closed)

Inventory Source has a robust technology stack that requires dedicated and competent developers to maintain and improve. Our Developers are a vital part of our business as they build the core product and communicate workflows to other team members. We are seeking energetic, competent, and self-motivated developers to join our growing startup company. The ideal candidate has a self-driven attitude and is passionate about building software, tools, and implementing infrastructural improvements that provide tangible impacts to a growing product. These contributions will directly affect the success of our customers and provide tools that empower our support staff.

Your Mission

  • Work with technology leadership to make infrastructural improvements to the our system; considering and mitigating potential impacts
  • Analyze code architecture and abstract redundant components to reusable modules that ease the burden for other developers and increase stability of the system
  • Write clean and legible code with comments that enable deterministic workflows and extensible customizations
  • Build development tools and frameworks that aid in the development of new integrations
  • Integrate with 3rd party endpoints (REST, SOAP, FTP) using various data formats (JSON, XML, CSV) with varying workflows
  • Work with other team members to build concise documentation of the code workflows so we can communicate behaviors properly to our customers
  • Consider and handle exceptions elegantly while logging important information that enables our support staff to resolve problems without involving the development team

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with a Computing focus
  • 2+ years of experience working in a professional development environment with Java – ideally leading or working independently on at least 1 project
  • Passion for building clean and maintainable software
  • Efficient and organized with the ability to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Technical Concepts that should be understood :
    • SQL – efficient / complex queries, indices, & data model
    • Inversion of Control

Internship Program (Closed)

This paid internship for college students offers hands-on experience in the ecommerce and software industry. You will have the opportunity to learn our software and tech processes as well as develop sales techniques and customer service skills. You will work alongside our sales and support teams to obtain knowledge into how to best work with customers and gain valuable time management, communication and technological expertise that will help in developing your career experience post-graduation.

This internship can be either part or full time and can work flexibly around your school schedule. The pay is $13/hour.
