Customer Account Rep & Phone Support   (Atlantic Beach, FL)


Seeks quick learner with professional attitude to serve as a Customer Account Representative and other responsibilities.

  • Primary role will be to handle in-coming calls and support tickets from prospective clients and explain which of our services would be the best match
  • Take in-coming calls/tickets from clients with a support/sales issue or question to either address directly or record ticket of issue for technical support to resolve
  • Respond to email sales and support questions from clients in a timely fashion, with a focus on sales and retention growth
  • Ability to learn and master our software, services, and internal account management systems
  • Ability to learn about and master various online marketplaces, shopping cart platforms, and to become more familiar with the ecommerce industry is a must

Desired Experience:

  • Previous customer phone/email sales or support experience in the IT or tech services is a plus
  • Experience with basic PHP or graphic design programs could be useful but not required
  • Experience with ecommerce and online marketplaces (ie, Amazon, eBay, PriceGrabber, etc), shopping cart platforms (ie, Yahoo Store, osCommerce, ProStores, etc), dropship/wholesale, etc.
  • Experience with internet marketing (blogging, SEO, social media, etc) are a strong plus

Seeking an hourly position to start, with bonus potential, and a full time salary position available if the chosen candidate is successful.
