Inventory Source removes all bad characters from the feed which disrupt an internet browsers ability to differentiate between text and HTML. We also correctly apply the data from the supplier to the fields that you need. For example, some suppliers send image names, titles, and other details in the description field. We ensure the data is only placed in the fields where it is required.
• Image pulls and updated zip files
  We collect your images several times a week and convert them into the image format that your site requires. You can create the zip file with your images for large, small, and new images.
• Custom Price Markup Settings
  No one would want to manually set or update prices for several thousand products, but that is exactly what happens when your business is not supported by Inventory Source. You can use the Custom Price Setting Tool to review your existing price strategy for each of your websites or custom files. You can apply different prices for each supplier, website, or custom file. You design the price strategy that you want applied to your products, and we will update your prices every day for you.
• Custom Pricing Overrides
  Not only do you have all of the great options for Custom Price Markup Settings, but you can even create product specific price override. This lets you change your product prices in bulk AND still allow you to be as precise as you need for all product price strategies.
• Custom File Creation & Download
  Besides our great standard file formats, we can build a file with your product data with the exact format that your unique shopping cart or market place requires. Some sites make you use their platform to take advantage of their services. At Inventory Source, we think you should be in control of the shopping cart that you prefer.   It is hard to find quality dropship programs by searching on-line. Many of you do not have the time or means to go to trade shows or industry events. • Custom Category Management
  For automation users who want to change their categories, our updates are applied to the products regardless of where you categorize your products. Also, if you have a platform with our Product Loading Service, we can add new products to your site with custom categories. To allow your custom category structure to remain in place on your site, we can load the new products to an existing or new category of your choice. The products are loaded to this location on your site, and you can recategorize them as needed.
• MAP Filtering (when available)
  Protect your site against having Minimum Allow Price violations. When there is a MAP provided in the supplier feed we can apply your custom price setting or the MAP depending on which is the higher price.
• Daily Automation email status reports
  You receive verification that your updates have completed, as well as any new images or products that have been loaded.
• Notification of new suppliers
  No one likes junk mail. Inventory Source will only send you an email newsletter when we have added new features or suppliers. We try to only send a monthly newsletter as a notice of our growing list of reseller value adding services monthly.
• Automated Image loading (Beta)
  We provide free image loaded for our Hosted Site members. When we pull the new images from the supplier we are able to add them to the site. We can also integrate this service with some externally hosted platforms, like Zen Cart, osCommerce, eBay ProStores, CRE Loaded, Joomla, and more.
