Customer Success Representative

Inventory Source has an active customer base of online retailers that need assistance learning how to use our tools to run their online eCommerce business. Our Customer Success Representatives are a vital part of our business by supporting and educating our customers on how to setup & utilize our tools on a daily basis. We are seeking energetic, customer service oriented Customer Success Reps to join our growing startup and friendly support team. The ideal candidate has a passion for assisting people in learning how to use software/tools to improve their business online.

Your Mission

  • Ensure our customer’s success and improve their experience through responsive and friendly communication.
  • Respond to emails and phone calls to assist our customers in getting setup, using our software, and answering general support questions.
  • Promote an efficient and ever-improving onboarding & support experience for Inventory Source customers.
  • Drive improvements in our ability to ensure our Customer’s success through process improvements and documentation.
  • Work with our support team to ensure our customer’s technical issues are resolved.
  • Work with the engineering team to improve our product, process, and overall operations.

Requirements

  • 1+ years in technical support role.
  • Passion for customer service and improving customer experiences.
  • Considers themselves efficient & organized.
  • Web & Tech savvy – proficient with general computer and web usage.
  • Experience/Interest in eCommerce and Online Retail is a plus.
  • While not required, experience with any of the following areas would be a plus:
    • Excel Advanced Functions & Data Management
    • Experience connecting and using a FTP Client
    • Ecommerce Platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, BigCommerce, etc)

Support Operations Manager

Inventory Source has an active and growing customer base of online retailers that need assistance learning how to use our tools and services to run their eCommerce businesses. We have a global team of support members assisting new and existing customers. We are seeking a process driven, support oriented leader to help build a more efficient and effective customer support operation.

The ideal candidate has a passion for building operational efficiencies through process. They are focused on listening to their customers and colleagues for pain points and creating solutions. They are team oriented and customer success driven.

Your Mission

  • Manage global support team to ensure an efficient and ever-improving onboarding & support experience for Inventory Source customers.
  • Ensure our customer’s success and improve their experience through responsive and friendly communication.
  • Drive improvements in our ability to ensure our customer’s success through process improvements and documentation.
  • Work with our support team to ensure our customer’s technical issues are resolved.
  • Work with the engineering team to improve our product, process, and overall operations.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in technical support role.
  • 1+ years in leadership role.
  • Passion for customer service and improving customer experiences.
  • Considers themselves efficient & organized.
  • Web & Tech savvy – proficient with general computer and web.
  • Experience/Interest in eCommerce and Online Retail is a plus.
  • While not required, experience with any of the following areas would be a plus:
    • Web programming languages – HTML/CSS/Javascript
    • Ecommerce Platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, BigCommerce, etc)

Marketing Manager

The role of the Marketing Manager is to engage our customers as well as Ecommerce & Dropship Digital Communities through content marketing and digital advertising. The Marketing Associate will need to be able to build and execute on a content & advertisement strategy attracting and engaging customers.

Your Mission

  • Manage and create content that is relevant and educational to our eCommerce focused Audience.
  • Manage Adwords, Facebook Ads, and other ad network budgets.
  • Increase our digital reach via social networking, forum monitoring, and seek & assist campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Director to execute on our digital marketing strategy.

Requirements

  • Must love marketing, social networking, & eCommerce
  • Good writing and communication skills
  • WordPress experience not required but a plus.
  • Considers themselves efficient & organized
  • Web & Tech savvy
