Technical Project Manager

The role of the Technical Project Manager is to work with our Product Owner as well as our customers to gather business requirements, design solutions, and communicate the details of the project to our development team in order to build an elegant and intuitive solution. This role is integral to driving the progression of our software’s core features and functionality as well as fulfilling on the specific requirements of our customer’s needs.

The ideal candidate has a passion for solving problems and building solutions. They enjoy working with people to understand current issues, collaborating on potential solutions, outlining project requirements, and managing a team to implement.

Your Mission

  • Drive smart and efficient product development through communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Motivate and manage a development team to optimize productivity and meet deadlines.
  • Gather business requirements from the Product Owner and core customers to build technical solutions.
  • Balance and prioritize multiple projects to deliver in a timely fashion.

Account Manager

We are looking for an energetic and customer service oriented team member to help onboard new customers. This salary + commission based role is a vital part of our customer acquisition strategy, assisting customers from first point of contact to using our platform.

The ideal candidate is driven by success in sales while also has a passion for assisting people in learning how to use software/tools to improve their business online.

Your Mission

  • Educate prospects on our business and tools to help them get started using our services.
  • Ensure our customer’s success and improve their experience through responsive and friendly communication.
  • Respond to emails and phone calls to assist our customers in getting setup, using our software, and answering general “getting started” questions.
  • Maintain and exceed a quota of new customer “sign ups” per month.

We have a global team of support members assisting new and existing customers. We are seeking a process driven, support oriented leader to help build a more efficient and effective customer support operation.

Your Mission

  • Promote an efficient and ever-improving onboarding & support experience for Inventory Source customers.
  • Ensure our customer’s success and improve their experience through responsive and friendly communication.
  • Drive improvements in our ability to ensure our customer’s success through process improvements and documentation.
  • Work with our support team to ensure our customer’s technical issues are resolved.
  • Work with the engineering team to improve our product, process, and overall operations.

Your Mission

  • Manage and create content that is relevant and educational to our eCommerce focused Audience.
  • Manage Adwords, Facebook Ads, and other ad networks.
  • Increase our digital reach via social networking, forum monitoring, and seek & assist campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Director to execute on our digital marketing strategy.
